Project Director, 21st Century Community Learning Centers , Child & Adolescent Treatment Services
Kimberly Luce has been Project Director of the 21st CCLC programs at Child & Adolescent Treatment Services for over 10 years. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Unversity of Guelph in Ontario), a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from SUNY Buffalo, and a Master’s of Science degree in Human Services Administration from SUNY Buffalo. She has served as a School-Based Preventive Caseworker and Mental Health Specialist at Baker Victory Services in Lackawanna. She has extensive hands on experience with out of school time programming and has presented in various State and National 21st CCLC conferences. In 2008 she was awarded The After-School Experience Excellence award. She is a Steering Committee member for the New York State After-School Network, the Co-Chair for the After- School Network of Western New York and a board member for Afterschool Works!
