New York State Council on the Arts Decentralization Grant Details

The New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA) Decentralization (DEC) sites annually award funds through a formal application process and review proposals using a local peer panel process. DEC grants are available up to a maximum of $5,000, though awards are typically in the range of $1000 – $2,500. Each DEC site sets the application deadlines. Find your local site below. We have sights serving our 8 counties. Organizations may not apply for NYSCA support and for DEC support in the same year.
